287.540. On notice to the other parties the commission orcourt may permit the employer to be discharged from furtherliability under any agreement, award or judgment for compensationby furnishing to the person entitled thereto an annuity or otherobligation, approved by the commission or court, by which paymentis assumed by some responsible person, or by depositing thecommutable value thereof with the commission to be disbursed tothe persons entitled thereto in such manner as the commissionshall determine.
