Oath of office.

287.600. Each person appointed to office of employment bythe division shall, before entering upon his duties, take andsubscribe to an oath or affirmation to support the Constitutionof the United States, and of this state, and to faithfully andhonestly discharge the duties of such office or employment. Eachperson appointed to office by the division shall give his wholetime to his duties, nor shall he serve on any committee of anypolitical party.
