287.630. The division and the commission shall prepare andfurnish free of charge blank forms of all notices, claims,reports, proofs, and other blank forms and literature which theymay deem proper and requisite to the efficient administration ofthis chapter. They may also authorize the publication anddistribution of the blanks by employers and other persons.
