Citation of law--definitions.

287.900. 1. Sections 287.900 to 287.920 shall be known asthe "Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company Act".

2. As used in sections 287.900 to 287.920, the followingwords mean:

(1) "Administrator", the chief executive officer of theMissouri employers mutual insurance company;

(2) "Board", the board of directors of the Missouriemployers mutual insurance company;

(3) "Company", the Missouri employers mutual insurancecompany created in section 287.902.
