290.265. A clearly legible statement of all prevailinghourly wage rates to be paid to all workmen employed in order toexecute the contract and employed on the construction of thepublic works shall be kept posted in a prominent and easilyaccessible place at the site thereof by each contractor andsubcontractor engaged in the public works projects under theprovisions of this law and such notice shall remain posted duringthe full time that any such workman shall be employed on thepublic works.
