290.430. The commission shall take all proceedings necessaryto mediate the dispute concerning the payment of any sums allegedto be due and unpaid to the female employees. The commissionshall have the power to issue such regulations not inconsistentwith the purpose and provisions of sections 290.400 to 290.450,as it deems necessary or appropriate for the administrationthereof.
