Penalties for failure to use certain laborers, when.

290.575. Any person who knowingly fails to use Missourilaborers or laborers from nonrestrictive states as required insection 290.560 shall be guilty of an infraction. Each separatecase of failure to use Missouri laborers or laborers fromnonrestrictive states on such public works projects orimprovements shall constitute a separate offense.
