292.030. All power-driven circular saws must be providedwith safety guards which raise and lower automatically forvarious thicknesses of material, and must also be provided with akickback dog to prevent the board binding on the saw and flyingback. Said appliances shall be subject to the approval of thedirector of the inspection section, his assistants or deputies.
