292.140. Where, in the opinion of the director, anyestablishment wherein labor is employed is so overcrowded withemployees as to endanger health or safety, the director of theinspection section, when supported in his opinion by the opinionof some reputable physician, shall be authorized and empowered toprohibit such overcrowding.
