292.220. When any of the provisions of sections 292.010 to292.250 are violated by a corporation, proceedings may be hadagainst any of the officers or agents of such corporation who inany way participated in such violation by the corporation ofwhich they are the officers or agents, and, upon conviction, suchofficers or agents shall be subject to the same penalty as incase of individuals so offending.
