Any person, partnership or corporation, or theagent of any such person, partnership or corporation, who shallviolate any of the provisions of sections 293.270 to 293.300,shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, befined not more than five hundred dollars and not less than onehundred dollars.
