294.080. Upon the request of a child or of an employer whowishes to employ a child who represents his or her age to besixteen years or more, the issuing officer upon the presentationof evidence of age, as provided in section 294.051 for childrenunder sixteen years of age, shall issue a certificate showing theage of the child and this certificate shall be accepted asconclusive evidence of the age of the child.
