Signs or markings indicating angle parking.

300.420. 1. The city traffic engineer shall determine uponwhat streets angle parking shall be permitted and shall mark orsign such streets but such angle parking shall not be indicatedupon any federal-aid or state highway within the city unless thestate highways and transportation commission has determined byresolution or order entered in its minutes that the roadway is ofsufficient width to permit angle parking without interfering withthe free movement of traffic.

2. Angle parking shall not be indicated or permitted at anyplace where passing traffic would thereby be caused or requiredto drive upon the left side of the street or upon any streetcartracks.
