Traffic violations bureau to keep records.

300.565. The traffic violations bureau shall keep recordsand submit to the judges hearing violations of municipalordinances summarized monthly reports of all notices issued andarrests made for violations of the traffic laws and ordinances inthe city and of all the fines collected by the traffic violationsbureau or the court, and of the final disposition or presentstatus of every case of violation of the provisions of said lawsand ordinances. Such records shall be so maintained as to showall types of violations and the totals of each. Said recordsshall be public records.
