Local commercial motor vehicle hauling solid waste, extendedoperational limit.

301.031. Notwithstanding the twenty-five mile operationslimit imposed in subdivision (24) of section 301.010 upon localcommercial motor vehicles, a local commercial motor vehiclelicensed for forty-eight thousand pounds gross weight and abovemay be used to haul solid waste as defined in section 260.200,RSMo, up to sixty miles from the municipality in which itsoperations are otherwise confined and still be eligible toregister as a local commercial motor vehicle.
