Congressional Medal of Honor, special license plates.

301.145. Any person who has been awarded the Congressional Medal ofHonor may apply for special motor vehicle license plates for any vehicle heowns, either solely or jointly, other than commercial vehicles weighingover twelve thousand pounds, as provided in this section. Any such personshall make application for the special license plates on a form provided bythe director of revenue and furnish such proof of receipt of theCongressional Medal of Honor as the director may require. The directorshall then issue license plates bearing the words "CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OFHONOR" in a form prescribed by the advisory committee established insection 301.129, except that such license plates shall be made with fullyreflective material with a common color scheme and design, shall be clearlyvisible at night, and shall be aesthetically attractive, as prescribed bysection 301.130.
