Government-owned vehicles, who may operate.

302.051. Unless required by the Commercial Motor VehicleSafety Act of 1986 (Title XII of Pub. Law 99-570) or section302.272, any person holding a valid license, other than onelimited to the operation of a motorcycle or motortricycle, mayoperate for official use any motor vehicle owned by the UnitedStates, the state of Missouri, or any municipality or politicalsubdivision of this state.
