Penalty for violations.

302.340. Whenever in sections 302.010 to 302.540 the doingof anything is required or is prohibited or is declared to beunlawful, any person who shall be convicted of a violationthereof shall be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor. Eachday's violation of or failure, refusal or neglect to comply withany provision of sections 302.010 to 302.540 shall constitute aseparate and distinct offense.
