Definitions.

303.403. As used in sections 303.400 to 303.415, the following termsmean:

(1) "Database", the motorist insurance identification database;

(2) "Department", the department of revenue;

(3) "Designated agent", the party with which the department contractsto implement the motorist insurance identification database;

(4) "Program", the motorist insurance identification databaseprogram.
