Violation of sections 304.080 to 304.110, penalty.

304.110. Any person who violates any provision of sections304.080 to 304.110, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and uponconviction thereof be fined not exceeding twenty-five dollars andcosts of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof, shallundergo imprisonment not exceeding ten days.
