Any person who violates any of the provisions ofsections 304.271 to 304.351 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shallbe punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more thanfive hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail notexceeding one year or by both such fine and imprisonment.
