Definitions.

305.010. 1. In sections 305.010 to 305.110 "aircraft"includes balloon, airplane, hydroplane, and every other vehicleused for navigation through the air.

2. A hydroplane while at rest on water and while beingoperated on or immediately above water shall be governed by therules regarding water navigation; while being operated throughthe air otherwise than immediately above water it shall betreated as an aircraft.

3. "Aeronaut" includes aviator, pilot, balloonist, and everyother person having any part in the operation of aircraft whilein flight.

4. "Passenger" includes any person riding in aircraft buthaving no part in its operation.
