305.237. The department of transportation is authorized toaccept and receive federal moneys, and other moneys, either publicor private, for or on behalf of the state, or the politicalsubdivisions of the state at the request of such politicalsubdivisions, for the acquisition, construction, development,improvement, operation and maintenance of airports or other airnavigation facilities in the state upon such terms andconditions as are or may be prescribed by the laws of theUnited States.
