305.270. Sections 305.240 to 305.270 shall not apply unlessthe laws of such adjoining state shall permit this state and itspolitical subdivisions to acquire, establish, construct, own,control, lease, equip, improve, maintain, and operate airports,or restricted landing areas, or other air navigation facilitiestherein, with all privileges, rights and duties applicable tosuch aeronautical projects in such adjoining state.
