305.565. Counties, cities, villages, incorporated towns, andother municipal corporations, political subdivisions and publicbodies, and public officers of any thereof, all banks, bankers,trust companies, savings banks and institutions, building andloan associations, savings and loan associations, investmentcompanies, insurance companies and associations, and allexecutors, administrators, guardians, trustees and otherfiduciaries may legally invest any sinking funds, moneys, orother funds belonging to them or within their control, in anybonds issued by the authority pursuant to the provisions ofsections 305.500 to 305.585.
