Displacing agencies defined--compliance with federal regulations.

305.600. 1. Sections 305.600 to 305.630 may be cited asthe "Airport Relocation Assistance Act".

2. Except as otherwise provided in sections 305.600 to305.630, displacing agencies shall comply with federalregulations promulgated by the department of transportationunder the Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and RealProperty Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended.

3. "Displacing agencies" as used in sections 305.600 to305.630 shall mean those state, local and private entities whichare using the power of eminent domain to relocate persons fromresidential, business, farm or other property for theconstruction or expansion of airports located within a firstclass charter county and operated by a city not within a county.
