307.120. Any person violating any of the provisions of sections307.020 to 307.120 shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of aninfraction. The term "person" as used in sections 307.020 to 307.120 shallmean and include any individual, association, joint stock company,copartnership or corporation.
