The term "wine manufacturer" as used in this chapter shallmean any person, partnership, association of persons, or corporation whohas procured a license under subdivision (2) of subsection 1 of section311.180 or section 311.190, and who manufactures in excess of two hundredgallons of wine per calendar year.
