Certain holidays, sale by the drink on Sunday allowed.

311.298. When January first, March seventeenth, Julyfourth, or December thirty-first falls on Sunday, and on theSundays prior to Memorial Day and Labor Day and on the Sunday onwhich the national championship game of the national footballleague is played, commonly known as "Super Bowl Sunday", anyperson having a license to sell intoxicating liquor by the drinkmay be open for business and sell intoxicating liquor by thedrink under the provisions of his license on that day from thetime and until the time which would be lawful on another day ofthe week, notwithstanding any provisions of section 311.290 orany other provision of law to the contrary.
