Misrepresentation of age by minor to obtain liquor--use of altereddriver's license, passport or I.D. cards, penalties.

311.320. 1. Any person of the age of seventeen years andunder the age of twenty-one years who shall represent that he hasattained the age of twenty-one years for the purpose ofpurchasing, asking for or in any way receiving any intoxicatingliquor, except in cases authorized by law, shall upon convictionbe deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person under the age ofseventeen years who shall represent that he has attained the ageof twenty-one years for the purpose of purchasing, asking for orin any way receiving any intoxicating liquor, except in casesauthorized by law, may be considered a delinquent child and maybe dealt with in accordance with the provisions of chapter 211,RSMo.

2. In addition to any other penalties established insubsection 1 of this section and established in sections 577.500to 577.530, RSMo, any person who is less than twenty-one years ofage who uses a reproduced, modified or altered chauffeur'slicense, motor vehicle operator's license, identification cardissued by any uniformed service of the United States, passport oridentification card established in section 302.181, RSMo, for thepurpose of purchasing, asking for or in any way receiving anyintoxicating liquor, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shallbe subject to a fine of five hundred dollars for each separateoffense.
