Violation of sections 311.410 to 311.450, penalty.

311.460. Any person knowingly and willfully violating anyprovisions of sections 311.410 to 311.450 shall be deemed guiltyof a felony and shall be punished upon conviction by imprisonmentin the penitentiary not exceeding two years or by imprisonment inthe county jail not exceeding one year or by a fine not exceedingone thousand dollars.

(1961) Information which failed to allege that the defendant knowingly and willfully transported illegally manufactured intoxicating liquor held insufficient notwithstanding it stated that defendant did "unlawfully and feloniously transport, etc." State v. Thomas (Mo.), 343 S.W.2d 56.
