311.615. There shall be a division within the department of publicsafety known as the "Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control", which shallhave as its chief executive officer the supervisor of alcohol and tobaccocontrol appointed pursuant to section 311.610. All references to thedivision of liquor control and the supervisor of liquor control in thestatutes shall mean the division of alcohol and tobacco control and thesupervisor of alcohol and tobacco control.
