311.691. Any person aggrieved by official action of the supervisor ofliquor control affecting the licensed status of a person subject to thejurisdiction of the supervisor of liquor control, including the refusal togrant, the grant, the revocation, the suspension, the warning, theprobation, the imposition of a civil penalty or the failure to renew alicense, may seek a determination thereon by the administrative hearingcommission pursuant to the provisions of section 621.045, RSMo, and itshall not be a condition to such determination that the person aggrievedseek a reconsideration, a rehearing, or exhaust any other procedure withinthe office of the supervisor of liquor control.
