License automatically revoked upon conviction--exceptions.

311.720. Conviction in any court of any violation of this chapter, orany felony violation of chapter 195, RSMo, in the course of business, shallhave the effect of automatically revoking the license of the personconvicted, and such revocation shall continue operative until said case isfinally disposed of, and if the defendant is finally acquitted, he mayapply for and receive a license hereunder, upon paying the regular licensecharge therefor, in the same manner as though he had never had a licensehereunder; provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall notapply to violations of section 311.070, and violations of said sectionshall be punished only as therein provided.
