Penalty for violation of terms of injunction.

311.760. Any person violating the terms of the injunction asprovided for in this chapter, shall be punished for contempt byfine of not less than one hundred dollars, nor more than onethousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for notless than thirty days or more than one year; or by both such fineand imprisonment and the court shall have the power to enforcesuch injunction by such measures and means as in the judgment ofthe court may be necessary.
