List of complaints, revocations, suspensions to prosecutingattorneys--attorney general, when.

311.780. 1. The supervisor of liquor control shall, atleast once each month, transmit a list of all complaints made toor by him against licensees for alleged violations of the liquorcontrol law to the circuit attorney of the city of St. Louis andto the prosecuting attorney of every county in which saidviolations are alleged to have occurred, together with a listshowing all revocations and suspensions of licenses within suchcounty ordered by said supervisor of liquor control, togetherwith a brief statement of the facts pertaining to each case, andit shall be the duty of the supervisor of liquor control at thetime of transmitting each such list and statement to transmit tothe attorney general a duplicate thereof for the information ofthe attorney general in carrying out and enforcing the provisionsof the liquor control law.

2. It shall be the duty of the circuit attorney of the cityof St. Louis and the prosecuting attorney of every county totransmit to the supervisor of liquor control, at least once inevery three months, a written report of the action, if any, takenby such circuit or prosecuting attorney on each complaintcontained on the lists so transmitted to him.
