Bingo, who may conduct game--joint license, procedure--abbreviatedlicenses, fees limitations, exemptions.

313.010. 1. Any bona fide religious, charitable, fraternal, veteranor service organization, which has been in existence for at least fiveyears immediately prior to making an application for a license and which,during that period, has had twenty bona fide members, may conduct the gameof bingo upon receiving a license from the commission. Any combination ofunlicensed but eligible organizations, not to exceed five, may join inmaking an application and may receive a single license to conduct the gameof bingo. Any information or report required by sections 313.005 to313.080 from an organization shall contain the required informationregarding all of the organizations joined in the license and allrequirements under sections 313.005 to 313.080 shall apply with respect toall joined organizations and the membership thereof.

2. Notwithstanding any other provisions to the contrary, thecommission shall require only an abbreviated license, pursuant to theprovisions of section 313.020, and an abbreviated licensing fee of tendollars per event, for any bona fide religious, charitable, fraternal,veteran or service organization which conducts a bingo game on not morethan four occasions annually at which only pull-tab cards may be used. Theorganization shall have been in existence for at least five yearsimmediately prior to the first occasion on which such organization conductsa bingo pull-tab game and during this period shall have had twenty bonafide members. For the purposes of this subsection, "occasion" means anevent having a duration of less than twenty-four hours. An organizationthat has been granted an abbreviated license shall be exempt from theprovisions of subdivisions (11) and (14) of section 313.040.
