313.085. In addition to the exemptions granted under theprovisions of section 144.030, RSMo, there is hereby specificallyexempted from the provisions of sections 144.010 to 144.525 and144.600 to 144.745, RSMo, section 238.235, RSMo, and any localsales tax law, as defined in section 32.085, RSMo, and from thecomputation of the tax levied, assessed or payable under sections144.010 to 144.525 and 144.600 to 144.745, RSMo, section 238.235,RSMo, and any local sales tax law, as defined in section 32.085,RSMo, all sales of bingo supplies, equipment or cards, includingpull-tab cards, to any organization duly licensed to conductbingo pursuant to sections 313.005 to 313.085.
