No member of the commission or employee of thecommission, including the director, and no member of theirimmediate families, shall have any personal pecuniary interestin any lottery or in the sale of any lottery tickets or sharesor in any corporation, association, or firm contracting with thestate to supply gaming equipment or materials for use in theoperation of the lottery or in any corporation, association, orfirm licensed as a lottery game retailer.
2. No member of the commission or employee of thecommission, including the director, and no member of theirimmediate families, shall receive any gift, gratuity, or otherthing of value from any person, corporation, association, orfirm contracting with the state to supply gaming equipment ormaterials for use in the operation of the lottery or from anyperson, corporation, association, or firm licensed as a lotterygame retailer.
3. No member of the commission or employee of thecommission, including the director, and no member of theirimmediate families, shall be eligible to receive any prizeawarded in such a lottery.
4. No person, firm, association, or corporation contractingto supply gaming equipment or materials to the state for use inthe operation of the state lottery shall be directly connectedwith any person, firm, association, or corporation licensed as alottery game retailer or a member of the commission, thedirector or its employees.
