Venue for civil actions--advancement on docket.

313.350. Any civil action brought on any question inconnection with the lottery shall be filed in the circuit courtof Cole County, and all such suits shall be given priority andadvanced on the court docket and shall be heard and decided bythe court as quickly as possible.
