Horse racing commission established.

313.510. There is hereby created the "Missouri Horse RacingCommission", which shall consist of five members appointed by the governorwith the advice and consent of the senate. The commission shall overseethe development and administration of the pari-mutuel horse racing industryin Missouri. The commission shall be assigned to the Missouri gamingcommission.
