Revenues from horse racing--horse racing fund, established.

313.530. Except as provided in section 313.620, allrevenues derived or generated from the licensing of race tracksand authorization of races under sections 313.500 to 313.710and all moneys received by the state, the commission or thedirector of revenue from pari-mutuel wagering pools shall bedeposited by the director of revenue in the state treasury tobe held in a special account to be known as the "Missouri HorseRacing Fund". Interest earned on the Missouri horse racing fundshall be credited to that fund. The money in the Missourihorse racing fund shall be deposited in the state treasury andinvested by the state treasurer, subject to appropriation asprovided by the constitution and laws enacted pursuant thereto.
