313.570. Any commission member or employee who is subject to anycivil action arising from any act executed, pursuant to sections 313.500 to313.710, by him while serving in his official capacity as a commissionmember or employee shall be represented by the attorney general. All costsof defending such suits and satisfaction of any judgment rendered shall bepaid as provided in section 105.711, RSMo.
