Fees.

313.620. 1. The commission shall prescribe by rule theamount and frequency of application fees and per day licensingfees for race tracks where pari-mutuel wagering is permitted.

2. The commission may prescribe by rule license fees forrace meets with respect to which pari-mutuel wagering isconducted.

3. All funds received from application fees, per daylicensing fees and other licensing fees shall be deposited inthe state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund,and shall not be transferred except by appropriation asprovided by the constitution and laws enacted pursuant thereto.
