313.631. Every organization licensed to conduct horseraces under the provisions of sections 262.260 to 262.270,RSMo, and 313.500 to 313.710 shall so keep its books andrecords as to clearly show the true number of admissions, thetotal amount of money contributed to each pari-mutuel pool oneach race separately, and the amount of money received dailyfrom admission fees and within thirty days after the conclusionof every race meeting, shall submit to the commission acomplete accounting of all such receipts and admissions.
