313.813. The commission may promulgate rules allowing a person thatis a problem gambler to voluntarily exclude him/herself from an excursiongambling boat. Any person that has been self-excluded is guilty oftrespassing in the first degree pursuant to section 569.140, RSMo, if suchperson enters an excursion gambling boat.
