313.824. Gambling excursion boat and gambling game operatorlicensees shall furnish to the commission reports and informationas the commission may require with respect to its activities.The commission shall establish by rules and regulations theamount of staff necessary to protect the public on any excursiongambling boat. The excursion gambling boat licensee shallreimburse the commission for the full cost of such staff.
