313.825. In accordance with the rules established by the commission,after the end of each calendar quarter, the licensee shall transmit to thecommission an audit of compliance and of the financial transactions andcondition of the licensee's total operations for the calendar quarter. Anyaudits shall be conducted by certified public accountants registered orlicensed in the state of Missouri under chapter 326, RSMo, and approved bythe commission. The compensation for each certified public accountantshall be paid directly by the licensee to the certified public accountant.
