313.837. The commission shall report to the general assembly everyOctober first, the number of excursion gambling boat licenses which thecommission has issued, the status of the competitiveness of Missouriexcursion gambling boats when compared to the gaming tax rate of adjoiningstates and the effects of loss of limits imposed by subdivision (3) ofsection 313.805 on the competitiveness of the gaming industry in Missouri.The report shall contain any recommendations for changes in the adjustedgross receipts tax rate as provided in section 313.822, an account of thecommission's actions, its financial position and results of operation andany recommendations for legislation which the commission deems advisable.
