315.028. 1. Sewage and wastewater treatment and disposalshall be accomplished in a manner so as to not create a healthhazard, pollute or contaminate groundwater, or create a nuisance.
2. Sewage and wastewater treatment systems with a dischargeshall be installed and maintained in compliance with the lawsand/or regulations of the department of natural resources.
